Ink Kit Troubleshooting

 

If you have problems using Desk Printer Ink-supply system, the following tip and instruction can help.

     1¡¢Foaming ink generated from cartridge

Ink-kit has been in good state of working for months, but now it stops working

In prior to the actual printing the cleaning function has to be executed for many times.

Unfixed missing lines appear in the test pattern.

Missing lines occurred after several normal test patterns.

One color (usually black) is missing

The ink tank is placed on a lower position compare with the cartridge side for so long a period that the ink could not get through the tube.

 


Check and make sure the following steps:

Please thrust the nozzle of an injector (without pinhead) into the ink hole on the bottom of the cartridge which connects with the ink kit. Slight slope the injector and pump out the ink out of the cartridge slowly.

Open the ink tank and inject the ink from injector into it. No ink is wasted during this recycle procedure because the foaming ink will return to liquid state two hours later.

Repeat the above steps till foaming ink could not be seen in the injector. About 100ml of ink needed to eliminate the foaming ink.

Cleaning injector with warm waterbefore repeating these steps to the following color ink as order yellow ¡ú light magenta ¡ú magenta ¡ú light cyan ¡ú cyan ¡ú black
