3¡¢ IC chip is damaged
- The ink indicator keeps light even if the printer is restarted.
- The decoding to the IC chip is invalidation
- The printer does not execute the cleaning function when the clean key is pressed.
- When printing task is cancelled, the red ink indicator keeps light.
- When PC is restarted, the red ink indicator on the printer keeps light.

- Adjust the location of the IC chip and put the clamp on the ink carriage
- Requires experienced technician to remove the print head and adjust the feeler or replace it if IC chip feeler of the ink carriage is deformed
- The damage of IC chip happens often when decoder is using to renovate or reposit the IC chip¡¯s memory of the original cartridge. Here change the decoder to renovate again. If this problem still could not be solve. The IC chip has to be changed.
