Additional 7th head and artwork production process |

| The 7th head allows for a spot color to be added to the 6 color process. In addition, the 7th head makes possible for the production of artwork for screen printing directly from Mimaki JV22 Series plotter. This is achieved using our special black ink on our specially coated film, which ultimately contributes to a higher UV density. |

3 year's testing of UV resistant pigmented inks |
A certified testing Laboratory performed UV testing on the 6 color pigmented inks used by the Mimaki JV22 Series, by using the JIS B7753 sunshine carbon ark ligth UV resistant test. The results indicated stable resulte within 10 ¦¤E for 3 years in Tokyo, Japan.
